Exchange and Return Policy

At Fluxwear, every product is custom-made on demand — printed, packed, and shipped specially for you.
We take immense pride in the quality of our T-shirts and aim to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.

Because all Fluxwear products are printed after you place the order, our return and exchange policy has been designed to maintain fairness, transparency, and sustainability.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Exchange Eligibility

We understand that sometimes, even after careful selection, you may face issues with size or fit.
To make your shopping experience worry-free, Fluxwear offers an exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Exchange is available only for size issues.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of product delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchange is valid only on prepaid orders.

  • One free exchange per order is allowed. If a second exchange is requested for the same order, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • The new product (exchange or replacement) will be delivered within 7 working days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

📦 If your desired size or design is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Since Fluxwear products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.

  • You received a wrong product, different from what you ordered.

  • You received a completely wrong color or design (minor shade variations are not considered defects).

If your return meets the above criteria:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing or WhatsApping our support team with unboxing photos/videos.

  • Once approved, our courier partner will arrange the pickup from your address.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging without any damage or stains.

After quality inspection:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be made via UPI or bank transfer (UPI ID / Account No. + IFSC Code must be shared on WhatsApp).


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and custom production reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used.

  • Items returned after 4 days of delivery.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Custom-printed or personalized T-shirts (with user-requested text or design).

  • Items bought during discounts, clearance, or promotional sales.


4. Color & Print Disclaimer

  • Actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your device screen due to lighting, screen brightness, and monitor calibration.

  • Such variations are natural in digital printing and do not qualify as a defect.


5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

We’ve made it simple and convenient to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Visit our official website https://fluxwear.in and go to the “Return or Exchange” page.

  2. Fill out the return/exchange form with your order number, registered email or phone number, and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Alternatively, you can also email us at fluxwear248@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order details and issue description.

  4. Attach clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the product and concern.

  5. Our team will verify your request and respond within 24 working hours.

  6. Once approved, our courier partner will schedule the pickup, and your replacement or refund will be processed.

🕒 Exchange delivery timeline: 7 working days from the date of approval.

Fluxwear reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
